Logging Into Your Account
- Open the login page for your account. This login page URL has been sent to you in your registration emails and should be available from your company’s administrator
- Enter your Username (email) and Password
Note: If you have forgotten your username or password, you will need to contact your account’s administrator.
Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Click your name/avatar in the bottom left-hand side of the screen
- Scroll to Two-Factor Authentication heading
- Click Enable 2FA
- This will open the Two-Factor Authentication Setup
- You can now scan the QR code with an authenticator app on your mobile device OR use an Authenticator key setup in your password manager
- Once completed click Confirm
