Imports can be completed for certain data sets.
- Clients
- Contacts
- Projects
Imports should be completed in the above order. If they are completed out of order, you will need to link the data manually within the system.
Before completing an import, download the Template to ensure that it matches the structure of the data you’re importing OR fill in the downloaded Template with the required fields.
Only CSV imports are supported
Import Clients
- Navigate to “System” > “Import”
- Select “Clients” from dropdown
Refer to the table “Required” for which fields are necessary for a successful import
- Upload the CSV file
- Once uploaded select the “Check” button to confirm all rows are valid
- Click “Import”
Import Contacts
- Navigate to “System” > “Import”
- Select “Contacts” from dropdown
- Upload the CSV file
- Click “Import”
Import Projects
- Navigate to “System” > “Import”
- Select “Projects” from dropdown
- Upload the CSV file
- Click “Import”
