Software Licenses

The “Inventory” > “Software Licenses” page is a place where your company administrator can track costs and users of each software license that your company uses.

Adding a software license to your account does not actually create the software license with any external provider

Add a New Software License

You can edit the cost and seat(s) of a software license, but it cannot be deleted once it has been saved
  1. Navigate to “Inventory” > “Software Licenses”
  1. Click “Add License”
  1. Enter the applicable information
  1. Add seats associated with the appropriate users
  1. Click “Save Changes”

Edit a Software License

  1. Navigate to “Inventory” > “Software Licenses”
  1. Select the license you’d like to edit from the list
  1. Edit field(s) and seats that require changes
  1. Click “Save Changes”
