The “Inventory” > “Vehicles” page is a place where your company administrator can allocate vehicles that are available to the employees for offsite work.
Add a New Vehicle
- Navigate to “Inventory” > “Vehicles”
- Click “Add Vehicle”
- Enter the applicable information
- Click “Save”
Edit a Vehicle
- Navigate to “Inventory” > “Vehicles”
- Select the vehicle you’d like to edit from the list
- Edit field(s) that require changes
- Click “Save”
Delete a Vehicle
- Navigate to “Inventory” > “Vehicles”
- Select the license you’d like to Delete from the list
- Click “Delete”
You can only delete vehicles that do not have any unreimbursed mileage entries assigned to them. If mileage is still pending reimbursement, the vehicle cannot be deleted.
