Vehicles

The “Inventory” > “Vehicles” page is a place where your company administrator can allocate vehicles that are available to the employees for offsite work.

Add a New Vehicle

  1. Navigate to “Inventory” > “Vehicles”
  1. Click “Add Vehicle”
  1. Enter the applicable information
  1. Click “Save”

Edit a Vehicle

  1. Navigate to “Inventory” > “Vehicles”
  1. Select the vehicle you’d like to edit from the list
  1. Edit field(s) that require changes
  1. Click “Save”

Delete a Vehicle

  1. Navigate to “Inventory” > “Vehicles”
  1. Select the license you’d like to Delete from the list
  1. Click “Delete”

You can only delete vehicles that do not have any unreimbursed mileage entries assigned to them. If mileage is still pending reimbursement, the vehicle cannot be deleted.
