Edit & Manage a User’s Permissions
- Navigate to “System” > “Roles & Permissions” > “Manage Users”
- Click on the user you need to edit
- A page will appear on the right side of the window where you can edit the user’s roles and permissions per module.
- Click “Save”
Create a New Role
- Navigate to “System” > “Roles & Permissions” > “Manage Roles”
- Click “Add Role” button
- Complete the role detail fields with the appropriate information (Role Name, Description (optional))
- Check all of the modules and the individual permissions within each module that the role should have access to
You can choose to copy the roles and permissions based on a specific user’s access. To do this, use the “Copy Roles & Permissions” dropdown.
- Click “Save Changes”
