Document signing templates are connected with Consigno. If you are not using ConsignO, you will not be able to utilize the document signing templates.
Create a Document Signing Template
- Navigate to “Templates”
- From the dropdown select “Document Signing Templates”
- Click “Add Template”
- This will open the slide-over detail pane
Retrieve a Preexisting Template
- Open ConsignO Desktop
- Navigate to “Edit” > “Preferences” > “Templates”
- This will show you where you templates are located in your file system
- Select “Browse” button to navigate to your local file path
- From you files you can now select the template you are wanting to upload
- Drag and drop it into the field
- Click “Save Changes”
- Refer to Create a Document Signing Template to upload to Stackd
Create a Template
- Open ConsignO Desktop
- Open the PDF document that you want to create a signature zone for
- Select “Create Zone”
- Define the signature zone’s properties
- Click “OK”
- Select “Save As Template” in the navigation bar
- Input a Template Name and select “OK”
- This will now be visible under your templates on the left side of your screen
- Now refer to Create a Document Signing Template to upload to Stackd
Edit a Document Signing Template
- Navigate to “Templates” > “Document Signing Templates”
- Select the document you’d like to edit from the list of available templates
- Edit any field as you feel appropriate
- Click “Save Changes”
To edit a document signing template, you must have the appropriate permissions.
Delete a Document Signing Template
- Navigate to “Templates” > “Document Signing Templates”
- Select the document you’d like to delete from the list of available templates
- Click “Delete”
