Clients

Add a Client

  1. Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Clients”
  1. Click “Add Client” button
  1. Fill in all fields you have information for
    1. 💡
      Applying all of the applicable Tags & Disciplines will make searching and filtering easier.
  1. Click “Save”

View a Client

  1. Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Clients”
  1. Select the client you’d like to view details of from the list
  1. From the detail screen, you can view: Address(es), Contact(s), Project(s), Accounting data, Client Invoices, and Sub Consultant Invoices.
    1. 💡
      You can click on a project from the list to be taken to that project’s detail page.

Edit a Client

  1. Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Clients”
  1. Select the client you’d like to edit from the list
  1. To edit the tags associated with the client, select any additional tags or remove any from the dropdown list
  1. Edit addresses or contacts by clicking in the field you want to edit, or clicking the ➕to add a new row of data
💡
To edit the projects that display, or invoices associated with that client, you need to make changes to their applicable modules.

Delete a Client

⚠️
A client cannot be deleted if there are any open invoices associated with the client.
  1. Navigate to “Clients/Contacts” > “Clients”
  1. Select the client you’d like to delete from the list
  1. Select the “Delete” button in the bottom right of the detail screen

Restore a Client

  1. Navigate to “Clients/Contacts” > “Clients”
  1. Click “Filters” and toggle “Include Deleted Clients”
  1. Select the client you’d like to restore from the list
  1. Select the “Restore” button in the bottom right of the detail screen
