Edit a Meeting

Edit a Meeting

  1. Navigate to “Meetings”
  1. Select the meeting you’d like to edit the details of from the list
  1. From the detail screen, you can edit: the associated Project, Meeting #, Title, Date, Duration, Private, Boardroom, Meeting Location, Staff, Contacts, Agenda, Meeting Notes, PDF Attachments
  1. From the detail screen, you can add: new contacts and new agenda items (this will update the preview PDF)
  1. From the detail screen, you can select Copy Meeting, and Send E-mails to the staff and contacts associated with the meetings
