Memos
Create a Memo
- Navigate to “Memos”
- Click “Add Memo” button
- Fill in all fields with the applicable information
- Click “Save Changes”
Edit a Memo
- Navigate to “Memos”
- Select the memo you’d like to edit from the list
- The detail screen will open, and you can edit:
- From Person & Company, Email, Phone, Ext, Cell Phone, Message, Notes
- Click “Save Changes”
Forward a Memo
- Navigate to “Memos”
- Select the memo you’d like to forward from the list
- The detail screen will open, navigate to the “Forward” button in the bottom right
- Select from the dropdown list who you’d like to forward the memo to
- Click “Forward”
Archive a Memo
- Navigate to “Memos”
- Select the memo you’d like to archive from the list
- Click “Archive”
- Select “Ok” on the “Are you sure” notification
