Project Activity & Communication

Add Transmittal to Project

  1. Navigate to “Projects”
  1. From the table shown, select the project you need to edit
  1. Click “Add Transmittal” beside the “Transmittals” heading
  1. Use the “Import template data…” field if a template exists. Otherwise, complete all applicable fields
    1. 💡
      There are two options for attaching documents to transmittals: ERP Documents or Other Documents.
      An ERP Document is housed within the platform and carries more authentication than an Other Document, which is manually attached and may only be attached to the project through the singular transmittal
  1. Click “Save Changes”

Add Design Review to Project

  1. Navigate to “Projects”
  1. From the table shown, select the project you need to edit
  1. Click “Add Design Review” beside the “Design Reviews” heading
  1. Select a Reviewer from the dropdown, upload a PDF, and add any applicable information
  1. Click “Save Changes”

Add Task to Project

  1. Navigate to “Projects”
  1. From the table shown, select the project you need to edit
  1. Click “Add Task” beside the “Tasks” heading
  1. Complete all applicable fields
    1. 💡
      Assigning a task to another user impacts their action items
      Your Tasks
  1. Click “Save Changes”

Add Milestone to Project

  1. Click “Add Milestone” beside the “Milestones” heading
  1. Complete all applicable fields
    1. 💡
      Assigning a milestone to another user does impact their action items
      Your Milestones
  1. Click “Save Changes”

View Deficiencies on Project

  1. To add deficiencies to this project, a user must complete a field review through Add Documents to Project
  1. To close a deficiency for a project, select the specific deficiency row
  1. Once the window is open on the right-hand side of the page, enter any comments you may have and click “Close Deficiency”

Add Meeting to Project

  1. Click “Add Meeting” beside the “Meetings” heading
  1. Complete all applicable fields

  1. Click “Save Changes”
