Add Transmittal to Project
- Navigate to “Projects”
- From the table shown, select the project you need to edit
- Click “Add Transmittal” beside the “Transmittals” heading
- Use the “Import template data…” field if a template exists. Otherwise, complete all applicable fields
- Click “Save Changes”
Add Design Review to Project
- Navigate to “Projects”
- From the table shown, select the project you need to edit
- Click “Add Design Review” beside the “Design Reviews” heading
- Select a Reviewer from the dropdown, upload a PDF, and add any applicable information
- Click “Save Changes”
Add Task to Project
- Navigate to “Projects”
- From the table shown, select the project you need to edit
- Click “Add Task” beside the “Tasks” heading
- Complete all applicable fields
Assigning a task to another user impacts their action items Your Tasks
- Click “Save Changes”
Add Milestone to Project
- Click “Add Milestone” beside the “Milestones” heading
- Complete all applicable fields
Assigning a milestone to another user does impact their action items Your Milestones
- Click “Save Changes”
View Deficiencies on Project
- To add deficiencies to this project, a user must complete a field review through Add Documents to Project
- To close a deficiency for a project, select the specific deficiency row
- Once the window is open on the right-hand side of the page, enter any comments you may have and click “Close Deficiency”
Add Meeting to Project
- Click “Add Meeting” beside the “Meetings” heading
- Complete all applicable fields
