Add Documents to Project

To Create a New Document

  1. Navigate to “Projects”
  1. From the table shown, select the project you need to edit
  1. Click “Create” beside the “Documents” heading
  1. Select the appropriate document from the dropdown
    1. 💡
      The memo option within this dropdown does not connect to the Memo module within the platform
  1. Fill in all fields you have information for
  1. Click “Save Changes”

To Create a Pre-filled Template

  1. Navigate to “Projects”
  1. From the table shown, select the project you need to edit
  1. Click “Pre-filled Templates” beside the “Documents” heading
  1. Select the appropriate template from the dropdown
  1. Fill in all fields you have information for
  1. Click “Save Changes”
    1. 💡
      Drafting an independent review or schedule will update in the project list view

Once saved for the proposal document type, you will have the ability to create a template from the document you have created. To reuse the proposal as a template, click “Save as Template”

Mark a Draft Document as Complete

  1. Navigate to “Projects”
  1. From the table shown, select the project you need to edit
  1. Select the appropriate document from the table
  1. Click “Complete Document”
ℹ️
Once completed the document with change from yellow ‘draft’ to either white ‘completed’ or blue ‘awaiting transmittal’.
Refer to the legend in the top right above the table.

Transmit a Document(s)

  1. Navigate to “Projects”
  1. From the table shown, select the project you need to edit
  1. Select “Add Transmittal”
  1. Input all the applicable information
  1. Navigate to ERP Documents and select “Bulk Add”
  1. Check the box for the documents you want to transmit
  1. Click “Add Documents”
  1. Select “Save Changes”
  1. Review the transmittal and then click “Send Emails”
ℹ️
You can transmit both completed and draft documents.

Add Documents Received to Project

  1. Navigate to “Projects”
  1. From the table shown, select the project you need to edit
  1. Click “Add Documents” beside the “Documents Received” heading
  1. Enter all available information in the required fields
  1. Upload the received file
  1. Click “Save Changes”
