Project Staff & Contacts
Add Staff to a Project
- Navigate to “Projects”
- From the table shown, select the project you need to update
- Under Staff, click the “Edit” button
- Click the avatar for the individual(s) you want to add
- Click “Save”
Add Contact(s) to a Project
- Navigate to “Projects”
- From the table shown, select the project you need to update
- Beside Contacts, click the “Add” button
- Click + in the top left corner of the table
- Type the name of the contact associated with this project
- If the name is available, select from the dropdown
- If the name is available but does not include all of the appropriate information, see section Contacts
- If the name is not available, see section Contacts
- Enter additional contacts as applicable
- Click “Save Changes”
