Project Staff & Contacts

Add Staff to a Project

  1. Navigate to “Projects”
  1. From the table shown, select the project you need to update
  1. Under Staff, click the “Edit” button
  1. Click the avatar for the individual(s) you want to add
  1. Click “Save”

Add Contact(s) to a Project

  1. Navigate to “Projects”
  1. From the table shown, select the project you need to update
  1. Beside Contacts, click the “Add” button
  1. Click + in the top left corner of the table
  1. Type the name of the contact associated with this project
  1. If the name is available, select from the dropdown
    1. If the name is available but does not include all of the appropriate information, see section
      Contacts
    2. If the name is not available, see section
      Contacts
  1. Enter additional contacts as applicable
  1. Click “Save Changes”
