Within the grid view, you will see a ~ icon where there is a comment on a time entry, and + where overtime is used.

Log Time

To enter time through a project see
Project Actions
From Timesheets:
  1. Navigate to “Time & Expense” > “Timesheets”
  1. Click the field that matches the corresponding project or overhead group and the date from within the table.
    1. If you do not see the project, or phase of the project, click the “Add Project Time” button, then select the Project and Phase, or, Scope Change Request/Notice (SCRN) you need to enter time for.
    2. If you do not see the overhead group, click “Add Overhead Time.” Select the appropriate category (e.g. Business Development), and click “Save” once selected.
  1. Add the time and comments for the entry as applicable. If you worked overtime to complete the project, enter that time within the appropriate field as well

      You can enter your hour(s) to the hundredth.
  1. Click “Save Changes”
  1. Click “Submit Timesheet” if that was your final entry for the timesheet

Edit Time Entry

You will not be able to edit a time entry once the timesheet has been submitted for payroll.
  1. Navigate to “Time & Expense” > “Timesheets”
  1. From the table, either edit an entry from your current timesheet or navigate to the date dropdown (YYYY-MM-DD) to select the past timesheet you need to edit.
  1. Adjust the needed entry
  1. Click “Save”
  1. Click “Submit Timesheet” if that was your final entry for the timesheet

Delete Time Entry

You will not be able to delete a time entry once the timesheet entry has been billed (included in invoice). You can still edit the entry but these changes will not reflect on the invoice.
  1. Navigate to “Time & Expense” > “Timesheets”
  1. From the table, select the entry/field from your current timesheet or navigate to the date dropdown (YYYY-MM-DD) to select the past timesheet you need to adjust.
  1. Click “Delete”
