These insights are only available on your Dashboard, giving you a quick at-a-glance view without needing to dig into individual projects. Here’s how to read them:

Upcoming Milestones & Agenda

Displays all milestones scheduled for the current month, with key dates highlighted visually. Selecting a milestone opens its detail view, where you can edit, mark as submitted, or delete entries.

Top Priority Open Tasks

Surfaces your most critical tasks — both urgent/important and important/not urgent — in a single, actionable list. Selecting a task opens the slide-over pane where you can edit, forward, or mark it as complete.

Recent Unread Memos

Lists all current unread memos awaiting review. You can open a memo to edit it, forward it, or archive it using the slide-over pane.

Time & Expense Work in Progress

Tracks each active project’s cost-to-date compared to the invoice-to-date amount. Clicking a project opens its detail page.
Use this chart to quickly see which projects are trending over budget or require billing follow-up.

Proposal Profitability

Shows profitability for your active projects by comparing the cost-to-date, invoice amount to date, and the original proposal amount.
This helps you understand which projects are on track, which may be underperforming, and where to adjust future proposals.

Latest Design Reviews Received & Sent

Shows both the design reviews assigned to you and those you’ve requested from others. Selecting a review opens its slide-over detail view where you can access additional information, any attachments, and complete a design review.

Previous & Current Timesheet

Visualizes your current and previous timesheet hours grouped by category. Hours spent in projects appear in yellow, while other overhead categories are displayed in contrasting colours. The chart updates automatically as time is logged, and the legend clarifies each category’s assigned colour.
Use this chart to understand how your time is allocated and identify trends in workload distribution.

Active Project & Projects in Queue

Displays a snapshot of how many projects you currently have active and how many are in queue. Queued projects are shown in a dedicated list, while pie chart provides a visual breakdown of active project statuses.
Use this widget to monitor workload, track follow-ups, and gauge your capacity for taking on additional projects or proposals.

Away

Indicates when you are out of office, and helps ensure safe travel during site visits. You can set the duration of your absence, and if you are not back within the specified time, a designated contact is automatically notified.
This feature supports personal safety and ensures the team is aware of your availability.
Steps to Use:
  1. Navigate to your “Dashboard” and scroll to the bottom
  1. Find the “Away” section in the bottom-right
  1. Click “Set me as away”
  1. The side pane will open
  1. Fill in the required fields in the slide-over pane.
  1. Select “Save Changes”
