Signature Templates

ConsignO Desktop

1. Open ConsignO on your desktop

2. Navigate to “File” > “Preferences” > “Signature Appearances”

3. Find your file path (pointed out by red arrow)

4. Navigate to your personal file explorer following the path

Stackd

1. Click on your name in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen

2. Under the heading “Signatures, Stamps & Initials” select the appropriate tab

3. To upload an image, drag and drop the image into the grey field or click the grey field to open your computer folder allowing you to select from your downloads, desktop, etc.

JPG or PNG files are accepted. 180 pixels is the recommended graphic height.

4. Click “Save” to upload the file

If you have uploaded more than one file, designate one of them as the “default” file by using the toggle. If you have only uploaded one file, that will be used as the default file.
